In this episode, Phil Sharpe, the President, CEO, Owner, Lead Designer of Fuel the Machine Apparel sits down to talk about being a full time paramedic and part time small business owner.  Phil has been in EMS since 2005 and recently started Fuel the Machine Apparel as a way to generate some extra income but also to provide a positive lifestyle that encourages first responders to be take an active role and be accountable in their health, fitness and well-being.  Phil will give some advice to some starting points first responders can take toward being more fit in order to respond as well as decrease the likelihood of injury on the job.

Full disclosure: Fuel the Machine is a sponsor of the Medic Up!
